This policy explains the information Finbine processes when you visit finbine.com or use the Finbine Telegram bot, and how to contact the service about your data.
Who operates Finbine
Finbine is developed by an independent developer. The service is not a bank, broker or investment company. For privacy questions and data requests, contact contact@finbine.com.
Information handled by the bot
When you use the Telegram bot, it may receive your Telegram identifier and profile details made available through Telegram. The service stores information needed for its functions: language and indicator preferences, watchlists and subscriptions, notification settings, portfolio entries, subscription status, payment records and technical activity or error logs.
Why information is used
These details allow Finbine to deliver requested summaries and alerts, retain your selected assets and settings, calculate portfolio information, apply paid access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and diagnose operational issues. Where relevant, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate operational needs, legal obligations or consent for optional tracking.
Website, local storage and analytics
The public site does not require a Finbine account. It saves language and theme preferences in your browser. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times and other technical connection data. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica may be enabled in the future to measure visits; when enabled, optional analytics will run only after your consent. You can then change that choice using the cookie settings control.
Third-party services
Finbine relies on Telegram for messaging and Stars payments, a server provider for hosting, and external data, news and AI services for its features. These services may process the information necessary to provide their respective functions under their own terms and policies. Site analytics providers receive data only when their integrations are enabled and consent has been obtained where required.
Storage and transfers
The Telegram bot currently operates on a server located in Germany. Website hosting may be provided separately. Service providers and transfers can involve other countries; any international transfer is subject to the requirements of applicable law.
Retention
Account settings, watchlists and portfolio entries are retained while needed to provide the requested functionality. Technical logs are retained as needed for security and troubleshooting. Some billing information may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. Data no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized as appropriate; backup copies may persist until the applicable rotation cycle completes.
Blocking the bot and deletion requests
Blocking Finbine stops bot messages and may remove active watchlist subscriptions and alert history, but does not automatically erase every account or payment record. To request access, correction or deletion, write to contact@finbine.com. We may verify control of the relevant Telegram account before acting; please do not send passwords or identity documents. Legal retention exceptions may apply.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to information about your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. You can change your website language or theme at any time. Optional analytics can be refused without preventing access to the site.
Security, minors and changes
Finbine uses technical measures intended to protect its systems, but no online service can promise absolute security. The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. This policy may be updated as features or service providers change.

Deletion requests are handled after verifying your Telegram account. Some payment records may need to be retained where required by law.
