These terms describe the use of the Finbine Telegram bot and its public website. Finbine is an independently developed market information and analysis service.
Service operator and contact
Finbine is developed by an independent developer. It is not a bank, broker or investment company. For questions about the service, payments or these terms, contact contact@finbine.com.
What Finbine does
Finbine offers watchlists, charts, technical indicators, market metrics, AI-generated explanations, Smart Alerts and a tool for tracking a virtual portfolio. It does not open brokerage accounts, execute orders, take custody of investment assets or hold client trading deposits.
Age and permitted use
Finbine is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or other users.
Market data and AI-generated content
Market data and news come from external services and may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed. AI-generated market commentary may contain factual or analytical errors and is not individually reviewed by a human before delivery. Signals and alerts are informational, not instructions to trade.
Free access and Premium
Free offers up to five watchlist assets, five portfolio positions and one AI explanation per day. Premium removes these limits as offered in the bot. The available options are 250 Telegram Stars for 30 days or 600 Stars for 90 days. Features and limits shown in the bot at the time of purchase take precedence over illustrative marketing descriptions.
Payment and support
Digital access is purchased inside Telegram using Telegram Stars. The finbine.com website does not take payment card information or process purchases. For a payment problem contact contact@finbine.com and, if available in the bot, use the in-bot payment support channel. Stars are subject to Telegram’s payment rules.
Refunds
A refund request may be submitted to contact@finbine.com with the transaction details needed to locate the purchase. Requests are assessed under Telegram’s rules and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. This document does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and updates
Technical work, interruptions, provider outages and changes to available instruments or features may occur. Finbine may update these terms and its functions. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Responsibility and liability
Trading financial instruments and cryptoassets involves a risk of substantial or total financial loss. You decide whether to trade; Finbine does not guarantee returns or a financial outcome. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Finbine disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation and liability for losses caused by reliance on its informational materials. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Blocking the bot stops communication but does not by itself guarantee immediate deletion of all stored records.
